Prototype terms
The boundaries of the current no-account gift finder and wishlist.
Givessa is an early product prototype. Operator identity, legal address, jurisdiction and a formal request channel are intentionally not stated yet and must be added before commercial launch.
No transaction or guarantee
No product is sold or reserved through Givessa. Prices, availability, delivery, compatibility, safety and suitability must be checked independently before buying or booking anything. A recommendation is an idea, not a guarantee.
No account
The public finder and wishlist do not require registration. Wishlist editing depends on the private token saved in the browser. If it is lost, editing access cannot currently be recovered.
Sharing and acceptable use
Treat a wishlist share link as public to anyone who receives it. Do not use the service to store secrets, personal data, unlawful material, abusive content or attempts to disrupt or bypass the service.
Changes and availability
The prototype can change, pause or remove concepts while it is being tested. Previously saved concepts may be marked unavailable but remain visible in a wishlist for context.
Commercial launch gate
These are operator-neutral pre-launch terms, not complete consumer terms. Operator identity, legal address, contact, governing law, complaint route and any commercial conditions must be supplied and reviewed before commercial operation.
